Marie H. Mobley

Marie is an accomplished attorney licensed by the North Carolina State Bar.  She is admitted to practice law in the state courts of North Carolina and the United States District Court of North Carolina, Eastern District.

She is a 2005 cum laude graduate of Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law where she graduated 9th in her class of 114 and served as an Articles Editor on the Campbell Law Review and as a Case Summary Writer for the Campbell Law Observer.  She also served as a Research Assistant for Williston on Contracts, 4th Edition - the premier treatise on contract law - and represented Campbell in national moot court competitions.

She started practicing law with Johnston County's largest law firm but soon realized she wished to open her own office.  Mobley Law Office, P.A. opened to serve clients in June, 2006.
