opportunities, rather than being acted upon. We build and
nurture lasting relationships, both within the office and with our
clients.  We strive to be professional, aggressive, and
compassionate.  We strive to provide the highest quality legal
services to the residents of Johnston County and surrounding
areas.

Biographies

Marie Mobley is our attorney.  Marie grew up in the
Cleveland community and received her undergraduate and law
degrees from Campbell University, where she met her
husband, Dustin.  Marie is proficient in Spanish, and she
continues to take Spanish classes and learn the language so that
she can better serve the area's Spanish speaking residents.
Marie is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the
North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Hispanic
National Bar Association, and the Johnston County Bar
Association. She is an active member of the Family Law
Section, the Criminal Law Section, and the Immigration Law
Committee of the N.C. Bar Association as well as the
Hispanic-Latino Issues Division of the N.C. Academy of trial
Lawyers.  Marie is a member of First Baptist Church of
Smithfield.  She is a past member of Lanier's Chapel O.F.W.B.
Church where she served as flautist and co-taught the Young
Adult Sunday School class with her husband, Dustin.

Dustin Mobley handles the business end of the law practice.
Dustin grew up in rural Chinquapin, North Carolina (Duplin
County). He received his undergraduate degree in Computer
Information Systems and his Masters in Business
Administration from Campbell University.  Before joining
forces with Marie in business, Dustin worked for the North
Carolina Department of Revenue.  Dustin is a member of First
Baptist Church of Smithfield.  He is a past member of Lanier's
Chapel, where he served as a Deacon, a choir member, and
co-taught the Young Adult Sunday School class with his wife,
Marie.

Regina Manzanares is the office's legal assistant and a
valuable asset to our office.  Regina grew up in Miami, Florida
and is currently earning her Associates of Applied Sciences
degree in Paralegal Technology from Wilson Technical
Community College.  Regina is Spanish-English bilingual.  She
has a bubbly personality and is always eager to assist our
clients.  Regina and her husband, Nelson, live in Johnston
County.

Amy Mobley is one of the official office mascots.  She was
born on October 18, 2002, and joined the Mobley Family on
December 24, 2002.  She's a tiny Yorkshire Terrier who's
always ready to welcome all our clients, though she's a bit
timid.  The world's big for a 3.5-pound dog, after all.  Amy
grew up in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina and enjoys naps in
even the smallest ray of sunshine she can find in the office.  She
also hangs out in her heated bed and plays tug-of-war with her
brother, Duke.

Duke Mobley is the other official office mascot and our
newest addition to the family.  He was born on October 26,
2006, and joined the Mobley Family on December 24, 2006.
He's a Malchi - that's a Maltese/Chihuahua mix.  Duke's still a
pup, so he's very energetic.  Don't be surprised if he barks
when you visit our office.  Don't worry, though; he loves
everyone!  He is one of the most outgoing and friendly dogs we
at MLO have encountered.  He weighs in at around 7 pounds,
meaning he's literally twice the size of his "big" sister.  She
doesn't hesitate to let him know who's in charge, though.
Duke enjoys playing with his sister, Amy and chewing things he
shouldn't.
